- Shares were subscribed in cash at DKK 190.11 each, increasing nominal share capital by DKK 285,900.
- Total share capital now DKK 792.65 million, representing 79,265,318 shares outstanding.
- New shares will rank pari passu with existing stock, slated for admission to trading on Nasdaq Copenhagen.
