The company said Extreme Agent ONE Coworker is a software tool designed to monitor and troubleshoot computer networks. It also said its "Nudge" feature continuously analyzes network conditions and trends to identify potential issues proactively, unlike traditional predictive-analytics products that primarily flag network anomalies. The software is intended to analyze customers' specific network environments to provide recommendations and help technical teams identify problems before they occur, Extreme Networks said. The company said the tool can help teams resolve issues up to 15 times faster and is available to all Extreme Platform ONE customers worldwide as part of their subscriptions.
