Teva Pharmaceutical Prices $4.9 Billion Senior Notes Offering

06:36 AM EDT, 09/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Teva Pharmaceutical Industries (TEVA) has priced an offering of about $4.9 billion of senior notes across euro- and dollar-denominated tranches, the company said Thursday. The offering includes 1 billion euros ($1.16 billion) of 4.25% senior notes due 2033; 500 million euros of 4.625% notes due 2036; $1 billion of 5.5% notes due 2034; $1 billion of 5.75% notes due 2037, and $1.2 billion of 5.25% notes due 2032, the company said. Net proceeds, together with cash on hand, will be used to fund conditional redemptions, pay fees and expenses, as well as for general corporate purposes. Settlement is expected on or about Sept. 16, subject to customary closing conditions, Teva said.
