Skyworks extends exchange offers for Qorvo USD 850 million 2029 notes, USD 700 million 2031 notes
Reuters2026/09/12 00:00- Skyworks extended exchange offers for Qorvo’s 4.375% Senior Notes due 2029, 3.375% Senior Notes due 2031 to Sept. 18, 2026.
- Holders can swap into up to USD 850 million of new 4.375% Senior Notes due 2029, USD 700 million of new 3.375% Senior Notes due 2031.
- Tenders as of Sept. 11: USD 772.25 million of 2029 notes, USD 654.04 million of 2031 notes.
- Settlement expected no earlier than the second business day following the merger closing.
