Boeing (BA.US) reaches a tentative labor agreement with engineers' union, wage increase raised to 10%

智通财经APP has learned that Boeing (BA.US) reached a tentative labor contract agreement with its engineers' union on Friday. The new four-year plan includes higher general wage increases compared to the initial proposal. If approved, about 17,000 members from the Society of Professional Engineering Employees in Aerospace (SPEEA) professional and technical units will receive a 10% pay increase on October 16, followed by annual general wage increases of 4% and performance-based raises from 2027 to 2030. The union revealed that the latest plan also includes adjustments to remote work policies and overtime limits for professional unit members.
