- The deal targets 100% of Omnia’s issued ordinary shares via a scheme of arrangement.
- Completion would lead to Omnia shares being delisted from the JSE and A2X Markets.
- The proposed transaction was disclosed on Sept. 14, 2026, following a Sept. 11, 2026 cautionary statement.
