Watsco to Acquire Granite Group

08:55 AM EDT, 09/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Watsco (WSO) said Monday that it has agreed to acquire The Granite Group, a distributor of plumbing and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, or HVAC, products. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. The Granite Group will operate as an independent business and will continue to be led by its existing management team, Watsco said. Watsco said the acquisition is slated to close once all customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals are met.
