- H1 sales rose 25% year-on-year to EUR 99.3 million; organic growth was 3.8% as new hotels drove most of the increase.
- H1 EBITDA was EUR 0.2 million; NuWays said underlying operating EBITDA improved EUR 1.9 million year-on-year, adjusting for prior one-offs.
- Management cut full-year sales guidance to EUR 220-225 million; EBITDA outlook fell to about EUR 8 million from about EUR 10 million.
- NuWays linked the downgrade to a slower Conrad ramp-up, weaker Middle East demand, higher energy costs; it expects a stronger H2 run-rate.
