FTAI Aviation Plans $500 Million Share Repurchase Program

04:29 PM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- FTAI Aviation (FTAI) said late Tuesday its board authorized a new share repurchase program of up to $500 million of the company's outstanding ordinary shares. The program will run until the earlier of the completion of the repurchases or Sept. 30, 2029, the company said. FTAI Aviation said it expects to fund the buybacks with cash on its balance sheet.
