05:01 PM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- SITE Centers (SITC) reported late Wednesday the sale of Shoppes at Paradise Pointe, Fort Walton Beach, Florida for approximately $8.4 million. The company said net proceeds after adjustments for prorations, allocations and other closing adjustments were approximately $8 million.
