Paramount Skydance Extends Warner Bros. Discovery Exchange, Tender Offers Deadlines to Oct. 2

05:48 AM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Paramount Skydance (PSKY) extended the deadlines for exchange and tender offers for notes issued by Discovery Global and Discovery Communications to Oct. 2 in connection with its proposed acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD), the company said late Monday. As of Sept. 18, holders had validly tendered 66.87% of the notes subject to the tender offers and 75.12% of notes subject to the ex change offers, Paramount said. Shares of Paramount were up more than 1% in pre-bell activity on Tuesday.
