Duke Energy names Insight Enterprises ex-CEO Joyce Mullen to board, Audit Committee

- She retired as president and CEO of Insight Enterprises in April 2026.
- Mullen remains at Insight as executive vice president for strategic development.
- Earlier roles included executive posts at Dell Technologies, also leadership positions at Cummins Engine.
