Sector Update: Tech Stocks Edge Higher Pre-Bell Tuesday

09:10 AM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Technology stocks were edging higher pre-bell Tuesday, with the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) and State Street SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) advancing by 0.4%. Nokia (NOK) shares were up more than 2% after the company said Zain KSA deployed its Deepfield Cloud Intelligence platform across its network in more than 100 cities across Saudi Arabia. Xanadu Quantum Technologies (XNDU) and Bluefors have agreed to develop a cryogenic prototype for utility-scale quantum computing, the companies said. Xanadu Quantum Technologies stock was up more than 5% premarket. Radware (RDWR) shares were up more than 3% higher after the company introduced its Agent Trust Management tool to provide more secure agentic operations.
