- The company will run an internal and external search for its next CFO.
- Fox joined Northern Trust in 2012, previously leading Global Family and Private Investment Offices and the Americas institutional business.
- Before Northern Trust, Fox spent more than 25 years at JPMorgan in New York, London, and Chicago in leadership roles.
