PEPE Eyes a Major Rally, Yet Market Confidence Is Still Missing

  • PEPE lost momentum after a 9% rally, falling below key breakout levels.
  • Technical indicators show weak conviction despite holding above the 200-day EMA.
  • A break above $0.0000050 could revive bulls; $0.0000040 remains critical support.

PepeCoin — PEPE, grabbed attention again after a strong rebound last week. Buyers pushed prices nearly 9% higher from recent lows. That move sparked hopes of a larger recovery ahead. However, momentum faded almost immediately. The meme coin now trades near $0.0000042 after a sharp daily decline. A bullish chart pattern remains active, but traders still seem reluctant to commit. Right now, PEPE stands at a crossroads between a breakout and another rejection.

A Strong Recovery Faces a Serious Test

PEPE entered the new week under pressure. Last week’s rally brought fresh optimism. Trading volume also increased during the breakout attempt. Despite those positive signs, buyers failed to maintain control above key resistance. The token recently fell back below the breakout neckline near $0.00000456. That breakdown raises concerns about the strength of recent demand. Strong rallies usually attract follow-through buying.

PEPE has not produced that response yet. Looking at the bigger picture explains market hesitation. PEPE reached around $0.0000072 in January 2026. Selling pressure then dominated for months. Price eventually dropped to roughly $0.0000023 in July. That decline erased about 68% of market value. Recovery from those lows has been impressive. PEPE gained nearly 88% from the bottom.

Even so, the price remains far below the all-time high of $0.00002829. Many investors remember that collapse. As a result, large rallies still attract profit-taking rather than aggressive buying. This dynamic creates a difficult environment for bulls. PEPE performs extremely well during strong risk-on periods. However, weakness returns quickly when enthusiasm fades. Current sentiment reflects that uncertainty.

Technical Signals Show More Questions Than Answers

Several indicators suggest caution despite the recent rebound. One encouraging sign comes from the 200-day EMA. PEPE continues trading above that important level. Many traders view that area as a major dividing line between recovery and deeper weakness. Momentum indicators tell a different story. The RSI remains around the mid-50 range. Such readings indicate neutral conditions. A convincing breakout would normally push momentum much higher.

Instead, buying activity appears moderate. The Stochastic oscillator also lacks urgency. Current readings show neither strong accumulation nor heavy selling. Market participants seem content to wait for clearer direction. Bollinger Bands paint a similar picture. PEPE trades in the upper portion of the recent range. Yet volatility remains limited. Major trend moves often begin with volatility expansion. That signal has not appeared.

The biggest resistance zone sits near $0.0000050. Technical traders closely watch this area. A move above that level could strengthen the bullish case. Failure to break through may encourage additional selling pressure. Support near $0.0000040 remains critical. Losing that floor could expose $0.0000033 next. Further weakness could even bring $0.0000025 back into focus.

TSMC’s $2 Billion Silicon Interposer Order Given to GlobalFoundries, Key CoWoS Components to be Produced in the U.S. for the First Time

This move marks the official extension of a key link in the AI packaging supply chain to the United States. Analysis indicates that the five-year long-term contract reflects TSMC's strong long-term outlook for silicon interposer demand. Meanwhile, Taiwanese companies UMC and PSMC are actively expanding capacity to compete for orders, but this major order has been secured by GlobalFoundries, meaning that American production capacity will become a new factor in the silicon interposer market landscape over the next five years.
