Bitunix Analyst: Energy Suppression Mismatched with War Uncertainty, BTC Maintains Liquidity Range StructureBlockBeats News, March 25th. The market is currently dominated by the mismatch between "Policy Suppressing Energy Prices" and "Unresolved Middle East Risks." The US has relaxed gasoline regulations, the EU has postponed banning Russian oil to curb inflation and oil prices, but the US-Iran negotiations have not yet materialized and military deployment continues, preventing the full release of risk premium. Funds have shifted to safe-haven assets such as gold, with overall liquidity remaining tight and defensive.
Against this backdrop, BTC has not formed a clear trend but instead exhibits a typical liquidity-driven range-bound structure. The range of 71.6k–73k above is a zone of sell orders and liquidity chasing, while the range of 67k–68k below is where buy orders are settled and bids are placed. The range of 70k–71k in the middle experiences rapid price movements due to sparse liquidity. In the short term, if the price stabilizes above 71.6k, it will trigger liquidity sweeps towards 73k. If it falls below 68k and bid support fails, the focus will shift to downward liquidation. Until a one-sided outcome emerges regarding energy prices and Middle East negotiations, the market will continue to oscillate between triggering liquidity at both ends. BTC fundamentally remains a result of risk acceptance rather than an actively trending asset.
In conclusion, the crypto market currently lacks the conditions for trend continuation in the short term, resembling more a liquidity-driven oscillation phase. Only when there is a unilateral breakthrough in energy risk or liquidity direction will the market choose a true pricing path.
