According to Arkham data, the Mt. Gox address in Mentougou transferred out 0.021 BTC (about $1390) 10 minutes ago, of which 0.000017 BTC was transferred to a CEX address and 0.02047638 BTC was transferred to a newly created address, possibly for transfer testing purposes.
