- Addonizio has 25 years in venture and private equity investing, investment banking, fractional CFO work, governance roles.
- She previously served as a managing director at Cranemere, leading diligence, financing, acquisitions, investment committee work.
- Earlier, she worked at Morgan Stanley on more than USD 25 billion in M&A, leveraged finance, equity transactions.
- Addonizio has been a U.S. Navy Reserve officer since 2004, currently commanding an ONI maritime analysis unit in St. Louis.
